In this portrait, I asked my model to have an angry demeanor, which he definitely showed with his hands, arms, posture, and facial expressions. This picture was taken in Mercy B's art studio and with one light to the right of the subject. Also the camera was placed on a tripod to avoid any camera shake. The picture was taken in black and white which moves viewers' eyes from the darker parts of the picture to the lighter parts. In this situation, one's eyes are moved directly to the model's face because of the value. The model's arms also create lines which lead to his face.
