This picture is of a random Mercy Burlingame High School student. She is at her locker talking with her friends. This was taken in the morning during class time in one of the hallways. I took this picture quickly as I was walking by. An element of art found is space, which can be seen by the subject being in focus while the girl to the right of her is not focused. A principle of design is the unity created by the locker, her uniform, and her friend--it gives a school-like atmosphere.
